I'm Christian — founder and CEO of PracticeIQ, an AI receptionist built for dental specialty practices.
I architected the product and I own every decision in it — the voice pipeline, the chat agent, the appointment engine, the audit-log middleware, the HIPAA-compliant deployment, the vendor stack, the security policy. I direct the build, I integrate every service, I ship it, I support it.
The product itself is an AI. It answers the phone. It handles the chat. It books the appointments. It does in under 15 seconds what a front desk can't do at 9pm on a Sunday. My job is to make sure it never embarrasses the practice that trusts us with their phone line.
Background: U.S. military veteran. Trained in AI and machine learning. The discipline carries over — I build systems that don't fail under pressure.
