No. Most practices redeploy staff to higher-value work — case closing, new-patient experience, hospitality. Your decision. We can also back-fill part-time if you want to keep one seat and have us cover the rest.

The honest math: your current front office runs ~$250K/yr all-in (receptionist + TC + biller wages + benefits + turnover). We bundle the repetitive work at a flat fee disclosed on the discovery call — we price per practice so the number fits your size. Most owners either redeploy that staff time into revenue-growing roles (case closing and hospitality) or capture a portion of the operational savings as margin. Keeping all three seats AND using us works too — you'll just get the best ROI when some of the repetitive-work load shifts to us.
